A passive mult is the utility you need to patch a signal from one location to several. 4HP and 3 sets of 4 jacks just wired together.
The mult, short for multiplier, is just like a splitter cable. This one is passive, meaning it needs no power cable and really just is a bunch of jacks connected together.

They’re helpful to organize your patches, for example, a keyboard generating pitch information that needs a long cable could be plugged into the mult giving you a convenient location to access with shorter cables.
This module has optional normal-routing so each section feeds into the next, making it optionally a 1-in-9-out, or three sets of 4 jacks tied together.
No power usage. Depth is 20 mm with the jumpers installed on the back.

The passive mult is a good way to start learning synth DIY and soldering, as explained by AISynthesis the mult is #1.

The bill of materials is just twelve jacks, and optionally two 1×3 sections of 2.54mm pitch pin headers and two jumpers for them to set the normalization. The jacks look like these.
